How does the Control Panel work?

Any shop that has a loyalty program with diller gets access to a control panel where you will find all information about your members and their interests, as well as all transactions.

As a shop owner, you can log in to the control panel here:

Overview of the control panel

At the top of the front page you can easily add members with their phone number. This is often used if you do not have a cash register integration with diller.

Further down you also have an overview of the number of members you have, members opt-in and members churn, total earnings, average purchase amount, coupons- and stamp cards - usage.

All the different charts can be filtered to gain insight into different periods of time.

If you continue to scroll down, you will get a detailed overview of the number of members over time.

Furthermore, you have an overview of the age and gender of your members.

You also have a list of the top 10 most active members. You can filter this to be based on how many stamp cards or coupons they have used, or based on the transaction amount. In addition, you can filter it on different periods of time.

Do you want to create a campaign for these members? Then you can easily click on "Create Campaign" and send a campaign to them.

You will also find a chart showing the amount members per department.

Lastly, you will find an overview of the most used coupons and stamp cards, and an overview of all campaigns sent. Campaigns can be filtered by both date and department.
