How to look up a customer and possibly use benefits on a SilentTouch customer


  • Scan/add all items first

  • Press Menu --> Customer

  • Ask for the customer's mobile number

  • Enter the customer's mobile number and press Telephone

  • Name, email and point balance will then appear on the screen.

  • If the customer has coupons available, a button for Coupons is displayed.

  • Here you can choose which benefit should be applied to this purchase.
