How do I integrate parts with my Woocommerce online store?

In this article, you will learn about how to integrate your WooCommerce online store with the customer club in Diller.

What needs to be done in WordPress?

Before you can integrate your WooCommerce online store with your Diller control panel, you must log in to WordPress (in the online store) with your WordPress user.

  • <URL to online store>/wp-admin

  1. Go to plugins in the menu on the left and press "Add new".

  2. Search the search field on the right for "diller".

  3. Download the plugin called "Diller Loyalty".

    • Once it has been downloaded and activated, it will end up in the menu on the left in Wordpress.

  4. Go to the plugin and enter the API key and Store ID. These can be found in the partner portal or by contacting our support team at support@diller.io

If you already have members in the customer club before the integration, you can go to "Import Data" in the menu above under Diller Loyalty, and thus press "Start Importing". Remember to complete the connection before doing this (See below: "What needs to be done in the control panel").

Then all members who are already members of the customer club will be moved from diller.app to their online store. They can then log in to their member's area under "My Account" in the online store.

What must be done in the Diller Control Panel?

  1. First of all, you must log in to the control panel:

  2. Go to settings, and thus integrations in the menu above.

  3. Enter the URL of your online store in the Woocommerce box and press "connect".

    • You must now authenticate with your WP-Admin user with username and password.

    • When this is done the square will light green and say "Woocommerce connected", and the "Connect" button will be changed to "Disconnect".

What should be done then?

Once all this has been done, you should set up the online store so that the customer club is visible and easily accessible to customers.

When the plugin is installed, we add a page called Enmelding customer club. This is the form that the customer must fill in to join their club. Segments can be added here via the control panel under Members, Segments.

It is highly recommended to either create a landing page for the customer club, so that you can promote the benefits they will get if they join your particular club. If you want help with this, diller Support can help with this. And that you make it easy to find the landing page and my page.

NB! Remember to turn off pop-ups about signing up for newsletters, or other forms of signing up for newsletters. If you use newsletters, and e.g. use MailChimp, you will get a separate group with approved lists that you can send to there. More on that in theĀ MailChimp article.

You can add/manage pop-ups to the customer club instead of the newsletter to increase conversion in your online store!

The easiest is to create a button called "Customer Club" that takes customers to a landing page. On this landing page, you should write a little about why customers should become a member, or what they get for becoming a member of your customer club. In addition, there is a button called "Become a member" at the end of this landing page, which sends customers to the registration form for the customer club.

Don't forget to add Customer Club in the menu on the website, possibly also in the footer on the website.
