How do I connect my PCK store to my customer club?

The only thing you, as a shop, need to do to connect Diller Customer Club to your PCK store is to log in to your WordPress admin account:

  • <Store URL>/wp-admin

Then go to "PCKasse" and "PCKasse settings" in the left-hand menu, and then to "Diller" in the top menu.

What happens when your PCK store is connected to the customer club?

1. New registration form

Once you have connected the customer club to your PCK store, you will first see a new registration form on your website with this URL:

  • <Store URL>/innmelding-kundeklubb

Customers will also be able to join the customer club at checkout, using two checkboxes:

Upon integration, members will have three extra options in the menu when they are logged in:

Members will also be able to see the points they have accumulated. If the loyalty program has multiple levels, they will see a progress bar that fills up as they earn more points:

Under "My Coupons" you will find all available coupons that the member has.

Coupons are also shown in the cart, so they are always easily accessible when members shop, whether it's a sale or regular benefits.

If the customer clicks "Use" on the coupon, the discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount.

In addition, members for a store integration can invite their friends, family, or acquaintances to join the customer club.

Shops can choose whether to award members with points for referrals, and if so, how many. You set this in your Diller Control Panel under Settings --> Point System --> Invite a friend.

To award members points for referrals, the points system must be activated.
