How do I integrate Diller with Woocommerce?
Diller can be integrated with several webshops. In this article we will show you how to integrate your WooCommerce webshop with your diller Loyalty Program.
What needs to be done in WordPress?
Before you can integrate your WooCommerce with your Diller Control Panel, you must log in to WordPress with your WordPress Admin - user.
<URL to online store> / wp-admin
Go to "Plugins" in the menu on the left and press "Add New".
Search in the search field to the right for "diller".
Download the Plugin called "Diller Loyalty".
When it is downloaded and activated, it will show up in the menu on the left in WordPress.NOTE! Remember to turn on auto updates.
Go to the plugin "Diller Loyalty" in the left menu, and from there you enter the API key and Store ID. Contact your partner or diller support to receive these. Contact us on support@diller.io
Under "Settings" you can manage different preferences such as country code, preferred countries etc.
What needs to be done in the Diller Control Panel?
First and foremost, you need to log in to your Diller Control Panel: https://diller.app/retailer/login
Go to "Settings" in the menu on the left, and then "Integrations" in the menu above.
To integrate your webshop with Diller, enter the URL of your webshop in the WooCommerce box and then click "Connect".
Authenticate with your wp-admin account.
When this is done, the box will light green and say "Woocommerce connected".
What should be done?
When all this is done, one should set up the online store so that the loyalty program is visible and easily accessible to the customers.
When the plugin is installed, we add a page with the registration form. This is the form that a customer must fill out to join you loyalty program. Segments / dimensions can be added here via the control panel under Members --> Segments.
It is highly recommended to either create a landing page for the customer loyalty program, so that you can promote what benefits your followers get if they join your loyalty program, and/or a pop-up with the same information.
NOTE! Remember to turn off pop-up subscriptions to news letter, or other forms of subscribing to your news letter. You can integrate your loyalty program with email providers such as MailChimp, Klaviyo or MailerLite, and send news letters to your followers here.
