How do I integrate Diller with Mailchimp?
Diller's integration with the email marketing platform Mailchimp helps you create automated and regular personalized emails to your loyal members - at no extra cost other than Mailchimp's own pricing.
Step 1 | Create an account / log in
To integrate Diller with MailChimp, you must first create an account with MailChimp.
Once this is done, you log into your account.
Step 2 | Create / retrieve an API key
When you are logged in to MailChimp, click on your "letter or image" in the menu at the very bottom left, and then on Profile.
Click on Extras --> API keys in the menu above.
Under "Your API keys" you can thus press Create a Key, and copy this new API key to your clipboard.
Step 3 | Connect your customer club to your MailChimp account
Log in to your Diller control panel. https://diller.app/retailer/login
Under Settings in the menu on the left and thus Integrations in the menu above, you will find the MailChimp integration.
Then you just need to paste the API key in the box for MailChimp, and press Connect
You get a choice between: 1. connect the customer club with an already existing list, or to 2. create a new list for those in your customer club.
Select the correct list, or press Create new list, and the box will thus light up green when the integration is complete.
With the last option, you get a new Audience on MailChimp called Diller Audience. All members of the customer club, who have agreed to receive e-mails, will be located here so that you can send e-mails to them.
