Mailchimp: How to send updates to customers regarding points status?
By connecting your Mailchimp account to your customer club, and by turning on transaction tracking, you can send emails to contacts based on various transaction data.
When you connect Diller to your Mailchimp, you get all transaction history from Diller to Mailchimp. This way you can send mail to members with different points status (if you use that 1 point = NOK 1).
How to segment customers based on point status (total spent)?
Select the audience you want to segment. Most often, this is what is called "Diller Follower", if you have not combined the customer club members with another audience. If this is the case, you must create a segment with everyone who has the tag "Customer club".
Select "Audience" and "Segments" in the menu on the left. Press "Create Segment".
So select "Spent (Total)" -> "is / More than / Less than" -> The value you want to measure
