How to use Diller AI Companion?

Now it's even easier to create campaigns in Diller! We have trained our own AI assistant, which specializes in SMS, email campaigns, and industry-adapted marketing. Below you'll find everything you need to know to get started. 

• The AI assistant is based on artificial intelligence and can therefore make mistakes. 

• This is a collaborative tool - you need to ask the right questions and provide relevant information to get the answers you’re searching for.  

• Unsure? Just ask the assistant, it's here to help! 

1. Start the conversation: 

   • Open the chat box. 

   • Choose one of the suggested options for what your SMS should be about 

   • If you already have a campaign idea, you can share it directly with the assistant in the message field. 

2. Answer control questions: 

   • These help the assistant understand your business and target audience. 

   • Your answers shape the campaign, e.g., the language use will be adapted to the target group's age. 

3. Explore and develop: 

   • Ask questions, request suggestions, and explore different aspects of your campaign. 

• Highlight the text and use Ctrl+C (Windows) or Command+C (Mac). 

• A dedicated copy button will be available soon! 

• Explain the mistake to the assistant, and it will help you correct it.
