MarketingPlatform: Search for Profiles

By using the search field at the top right, you can quickly find a contact. Simply enter an email address, mobile number, or Subscriber ID. It is also through this search field that you can find your GDPR-deleted contacts.

Once we have found the results of your search, you can click on View or Edit to access the profile and see more information about the contact.

For example, you can see which list(s) the contact is on, which campaigns have been sent to the contact, whether it has been opened or clicked, and general data you have about the contact. You can edit the contact's information and delete the contact if requested.

If you want to do a general search, for example, for all contacts with "support" in any contact field, simply uncheck the box for "exact sentence".
